If you guys are saying contractor rates are shits, what would be a fair hourly rate for a M2 guy ?

When I was in my last year of apprenticeship (2 1/2 years experience), I used to make 36575$/year, 10 hours nightshift on rotation 4-5-5 so I was working about 182 days/year, 1820 hours/year and this gives you the magic number of 20.10$/hour. I was working in Montreal (CYUL).

I don't know where RG3 took is 1200$/month for rent but I can tell you that it's a lot cheaper in the Greater Montreal area ! I live in Mirabel (North-Shore of Montreal) near Bombardier facility and you can get a Bachelor in a house for 550-650$ a month and the wage and really good ! I mean very goo...

For a AME M2 it's between 54 621$ and 61 176$ and a extra of 27 cents per hour for ACA

The wage is between 61176$ and 68822$ per year but you can make more with overtime easily. Nightshift from 6PM to 4:30AM.
