Companies who make you sign bonds are not places to stay. Well if we could afford and find work for a BBJ or G5 to maqke a pilot glee in his advancement to work. I would!!! Not sure what U guys make but last time I was loking for job, it didn't matter what the machine, it mattered what the pay and b...

I heard they go through lots of people because they treat the pilots like idiots or kids. The upper management CP and ASSistant CP have some issues. No one in charge has ever flown the line in the real world....career instructors with attitude. Also heard TC was investigating training issues there. ...

I'm not sure, but all of you seem to be experts in flying and knowing the issues of flying a single engine vers a twin engine. Here's some food for thought for you experts, do you think the US Airforce pilots have the same view point flying the single engine F-16 compared to flying the twin engine F...

why the training bond?
Well as if this topic hasn't been answered and argued about a million times. As all the complainers here have made clear in past posts, the PC-12 is not any good to career minded pilots because it has only 1 engine. Companies who operate them provide the poor lonely pilot no career progression. The ...

Requirements for F/O
I believe the requirements for f/o are insurance. Insurance companies rule now a days. As for instructors, LCE employed several in past that never worked out. Its funny, it alsways seems to be the same people complaining about the same old thing. FYI, the company has recieved 360 resumes in 4 days a...

Endless, they could always ask for only qualified pilots with the training complete or give someone the chance to pay for it themselves with no bond or contract. Perhaps training costs is what makes the airline industry so up and down. I remember at Jazz (Air Ontario) they would train some guy....wi...

Well people, LCE pays all training costs....like $14K for the SIMCOM course, $3K for the aircraft training and about $1K for expenses and then there is the flight to Florida. All totalled, its more than you would think. In this day and age, pilots tend to jump ship pretty easy if they are not held a...

Glad to see my choice of call signs for NAC has been well accepted over the last 3 years. I picked it back when NAC first started up and had the crews submit possible call signs. I then picked this one "Hammer"

The work would be anything not just PC-12 based. Our planes are 1999 model and 2003 model. The idea is that you'd only be used maybe 1-2 times every couple of months for our planes plus routine crap that comes up..(not very much) the rest of the time other work on other planes.
