Merger based on Current Pay. Would not be too hard to slot pilots into pay groups that match their current pay at AT. Air Canada pays bettter so a 330 Captain may slot into a 320 Captain job at AC. It would suck for any pilots with less than 4 years when they get a pay cut for the remainder of the 4...
