I’ve heard plenty of conflicting information about OTS hiring in regards to seniority if hired directly to WestJet without a stint at Encore. What's life like in Gillam? More or less what you'd expect in any of the obscure places where pilots go to cut their teeth i'm guessing?

Any info on the FO gig? It seems the ad pops up almost as often as the captain job. The time requirements seem like odd numbers, just curious what the job is like for those sitting in the right seat.

My understanding is that at 500TT you're not overly marketable. Though it's often the minimum for MNR and such co pilot requirements it doesn't make you all that attractive to employers.
