Re: Are New E2 FOs Screwed?
Alot of the e2 fos are upgradable and there is a large amount of q capts that have not been moved over yet with higher seniority. They are struggling to fill q upgrade groundschools. Pretty sure everyone here can read the writing on the walls of what's going happen.

YTZ CA on the Q400 PROS 1. The people are amazing: interesting, kind, passionate, friendly. The culture is open, egalitarian, safety-oriented. Most of my co-workers really enjoy their job, and I really enjoy working with them. Even with the expansion, the family feel is still there. 2. This is an u...

Re: Example Schedule (again)
I could show my schedule but what’s the point everyday is going change as they scramble to try and staff their flights. Just plan for 12gdo and getting drafting into loosing a couple every once and awhile. Currently they just offer low credit pairings to get everyone to work with minimum gdos then p...

Re: Perimeter Runway Excursion
This is a crash, not a “runway excursion”, they even use the word crash in your TSB report. As for what caused the right wing to contact the runway on the second attempt, I would like to know what the winds were? Also, what is the level of experience working for Perimeter these days? Was embarrassi...

Canada still greatly discriminates and punishes the aboriginal population in the 2020's. Perhaps you could take some of your outrage and direct it to helping get clean and safe drinking water on aboriginal reserves. Ill get on board with it as soon as the government helps me drill a new well for my...

Re: New North Star Basler Accident
I’m not saying it’s safe but Tc has approved these operators for Vfr at 300 feet and 1 mile. You could get down to minimums get ground contact but not the runway and continue vfr.

alcohol and jumpseating
Hey guys Ive heard mixed opinions on this one just curious on everyone's thoughts. Is it acceptable to consume an alcoholic beverage while using a reciprocal jump seat ticket and sitting in the back and obviously not in uniform. Ive always just played it safe and not but its pretty temping when cert...
