Re: Porter sues YTZ Terminal owners

Just to add a little bit of context to the debate on this one... Nieuport have zero control over slot allocation at CYTZ. It is the Toronto Port Authority that controls slot allocation at that airport. Nieuport owns and controls the terminal building and the gates.

Stay safe everyone!

Re: Porter Mentorship Program

It's quite an elaborate process for the school to qualify for the mentorship program. The schools in the program have all been audited by Porter to ensure they meet our quality standards. In addition, we've targeted schools that go above and beyond the basic regulated requirements for getting a comm...

Re: Porter Pilot Open House - January 31st 2017

What can you expect at this gathering and I know I asked it already but does age matter ? Has anyone known if someone in their early 50's ever been hired? Thanks The goal of the open house is to give pilots an HONEST idea of what life is like as a pilot at Porter. You'll meet real line pilots, mana...

888000, There are companies out there that are very traditional, and some that are more progressive. Go to flight school, do what you love, and if you're good at what you do, you can come work for Porter Airlines! http://i227.photobucket.com/albums/dd235/johngronlund/Porter%20Pride_zps9b06gjqh.jpg

Re: Interview call back time ?

Grey wolf. Let me get this straight. Porter doesn't tell the candidate if they were successful or not ?? But instead sweat it out and wonder when they will get a phone call. I have found too many false answers from people on this website Hey Oni, If you've had an interview, and you haven't heard an...

Re: Porters version of a cadet program

Just to clarify, this isn't a cadet program, nor is Porter needing to hire 1000 hour pilots at present time. This month, we are interviewing for classes in February and April, and I can personally tell you that Porter is fortunate enough to have an abundance of excellent candidates with good experie...
