Ok let me re-phrase. They wouldn’t issue me my PPC sticker to let me fly past 90 days until it was paid.

Re: Should it take 2 years to get a Private? Thank you Sault College. :(
Back a few years when I was at Confed they tried to play us for fools because everyone was behind on flight training (entirely their fault). Instead we saw what was happening and went to our student union. With their guidance we went to all the high ups in control of the system with a signed letter ...

I've always done it through the website. The first time I had to do it I found it a little weird. Once you've cancel the ticket you have to either click on the booking reference or the ticket number (can't remember which one) and there will be an option to request a refund. Simply canceling the tick...

Re: Back-Up Career
When I first was accepted to college I got my medical ASAP. I was concerned about losing my medical too and wanted to identify if I had any underlying medical problems that would show up with a medical. Passed with flying colours. The medical is pretty straight forward hearing and eye sight test, ba...

Re: Air Tindi Flight Missing
I had the pleasure of knowing both of the pilots. Both extrodinary men, amazing and SAFE pilots. I know Will would have never descended below a minimum altitude unless he was in VMC so I’m confident that it would not have been CFIT. Neither of the guys were cowboys. Its tough right now not knowing w...

Re: DHC6 autofeather
My thoughts on this would be, According to the Viking AFM for the 300's a single engine go-around must not be conducted once more than flap 10 has been selected. A normal landing is between considered between flap 20-37.5 . 3 things need to happen to activate the AFX system a) its turned on b) torqu...

One usable approach = 600-2 OR 300-1 above lowest usable HAT and vis, whichever is greater . I guess you have to check the airport NOTAM that at least one usable approach available during the ETA. It would also mean that you couldn't take credit for an approach that is forecast to be out of tailwin...
