The paint legally has to be a proper antifouling paint registered with health canada as such. There are big fines for non compliance. Antifouling paints contain copper or zinc to prevent attachment of organisms including vegetation. Used on sailboats and other big ships Well there's two distinct ki...

antifouling paint for floats/zebra mussels

I've used an International aluminum primer (Primocon) over the previously painted floats and Trilux II antifoul...

external load on C172 on floats - porta bote

any thoughts on tying a porta bote on a C172.
These are small folding boats that fold up to about the size of a 10' surfboard
i realize that there is not likely an STC for this.
Just wondering if the extra windage would actually cause a problem.
asking for a friend.....

The question I have is does CARS require a 100 hour inspection or just an annual based on calendar months? Ful...

I'm getting mixed responses on this from different accountants. I'm training in my own C172 for CPL. What can i deduct. A percentage of fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc? My accountant says i can only deduct the cost of dual instruction time and nothing for my airplane. If i was renting through a sc...
