YVR- What exactly is the simulator like?

Having already done the second interview, I just go contacted about coming in for a simulator session. I was told in the email that it will not be graded. How difficult is the simulator? Is there anything that can be done to prepare? If it is not graded then how does this affect whether or not I get...

I'll jump in if you don't mind. Regarding the in-person interview, what kinds of questions can be expected? Will they give you particular situations and ask how you would respond/react, or will it be like the phone interview where they ask you to give examples of previous situations you've been in?...

If you prepare it will be fine. The test was the most stressful for me, but you'll probably do better than you think. The interviews are actually fairly relaxed, or at least they were for me. Go ahead and ask if you have any particular questions!
