Re: Schedules
New hires coming to Jazz with 150.1 hours of PIC will be a new normal. Likewise I also think 50 hours in 172 vfr will not be as beneficial as 100 hours being assessed und...

Re: Pilot Seniority Porting
Maybe a reverse seniority port so Jazz pilots with no PIC time and a few thousand hours can go to wasaya and fly a caravan or pc12 to get their ATPl requiremtns then return and thus be eligible for upgrade with some operational experience ie not renting a c152 for 100 hours or doing it ALL through p...

Re: Accruing seniority before you get on property?
For those that didnt have the option to defer to accrue seniority, what is life on reserve like?

Encore schedule scheduling
Looking for some insight into the schedule at encore. Pilot brief says 20 days a month but I've heard 18 is on the new contract? How does the scheduling work? I've heard mainline has a pretty handy app that gives great autonomy in adding and dropping flights, bidding points on preferential criteria....

Do you guys think hiring will continue at its current rate with upgrades, retirements, and the new PMA? Or is there an indication that hiring will cease abruptly in t...
