How long until the government legislates pilots back to work? Forced arbitration? I heard estimates as short as 5 days. But that's based on here say. Anyone have experience or remember what's happened in the past?

If we have to take days off on the road because of CARS requirements, they are hard days off. No calls, no work, drink all you want. We are then given the days back as lieu days to be booked off on the schedule. Fair deal I think.

Its a great set up. I had to wait 12 weeks because they were back ordered but they're worth the wait. It looks like the QC 25s are going pretty cheap these days too.

I'm looking to withdraw my application in order to re-apply. I'm afraid that if I withdraw, I will not be allowed to apply again to the same posting by the system. Anyone attempted this successfully?

I've done the video interview. Standard pre screen type questions with some situational stuff about your experience. I'm not bilingual.

Closing date in the posting was Dec 31 2016 but I was still able to submit an application after that date through the portal. The automated email I received said it was accepted and under review.
