Frenchand is the language most "Bilingual" Quebecers speak. It's a slight variation from Frenglish; where one would add the letter H to most words beginning with a vowel, and also NOT pronouncing H in words like HOUSE or HANGAR. On a serious note, they obviously made a typo (twice) in that sentence....
