So far the best shift I've done. 5-5-4. We cover the aircrafts on our days on. We have only 1 to 2 airplanes with o/night and turns.

I'm also on my third pair of 6 inch Snap On reversible twisters. Paid somewhere around 130$ for them. They're a piece crap. Bought a 9 inch pair 11 years ago no name brand, paid 20$. They work like a charm. Never had any problems.
