Easy solution. Lower the matrix. Seems to be working just fine for Jazz. Make the qualification and PIC assessments difficult and it will weed out the weak and unprepared. Few and far between I’ve worked corporate before where we were told if we didn’t hear anything by Friday at 6pm the weekend was off.
