Certain airports (YWG for instance) list restrictions in the CAP on speed / where to join final / altitude when performing a visual approach. "Unrestricted visual" would, in theory, waive those restrictions.

I did this once in YTS when I had to wait 15 mins for a clearance (Traffic landing on the other runway). Departed, realized after takeoff the parking brake didn't release completely, landed at our destination with the parking brake engaged on one side.

On the subject of CADORs: I've never seen a CADOR for a flight that executed a missed approach because of weather.
