Wow! The brick wall was only 5 feet tall and located 1000 feet past the end of the runway. That’s quite the takeoff.

He is suggesting: a) There is something very valuable in that Mooney and b) The police would like to get their hands on whatever it is before someone from the general public does. Drugs maybe? Re: Helicopter down in the East River NYC
I’ve done the under water egress training 3 times and I hate it every time but I know it’s necessary. I usually cruise in the helicopter between 500 and 1000 feet agl but when I’m crossing lake...

He took his hand off the collective to smack the bee and the helicopter descended and rolled over. I’ve also had a big bumble bee get stuck in my pitot tube and ...

Re: Plane registered to Roy Halladay crashes in Gulf off Florida
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttf_EzEkxBk clearly no body - pilot was flying recklessly and trapped in mangled inverted cockpit. You can hear the guys say “there he is right there, you can see his shirt”. The water looked like it was kinda murky still, maybe after it cleared he was more visible. ...

Re: October 1, 2017 - Helicopter down near Campbell River
The helicopter was an R44. No idea what the cause of the crash was. The female passenger that died was also a helicopter pilot. She was pretty well known and well respected in the industry. I worked with her about 7 years ago.
