As I see it, employers in every industry, including aviation, are faced with the dilemma of "How do I increase wages in order to attract new employees, without having to give a raise to virtually every other employee who is already on the property?"

Flew from YCB to YZF with the engine plugs installed in a King Air 200, after a late night tech stop. Didn't notice a thing until we went to put the a/c to bed in ZF but couldn't find them.
