Yes, generally pilot uniforms are pretty bad. We for some reason have two styles of jackets. Double-breasted for the skippers and single for the rest.
Both still a bit dated.
Hoping for an update to the uniform at some point.

Having to sit (or sleep) at the airport for the duration of your scheduled shift is far superior than being on the cellphone and getting a call at some ungodly hour and then starting a 14 hour duty day.

I did a lot of gliding and some towing in YNJ. Never loved it. Too tight, not may options for rope breaks and engine failures. Especially off of 25.

Talking on the phone as a contributing factor? How is it any different than talking on the radio? Especially with the length of time from last phone use to time of impact.
