hey guys, i dont think they are looking for resume style, they just want someone with the right qualifications. Mine was bare bones, listing qualifications, nothing fancy. I dont think they have the time to compare who has the nicest resumeto tell you the truth.

That's pretty much what I figured. In my opinion, new hires should not be offered the bus for just that reason.
