Upgrade to captain on the 757 has shortened dramatically in the last couple of years. Most recent upgrade went out to a pilot with just over three years with the company.

Morningstar is hiring direct entry 757 FO, no need to fly the Caravan if you're not interested in that.

It's it possible to commute, but not easy. There are a couple of people that do it but most live in the GTA. No one commutes from Halifax. Layovesr in CYHZ are during the day, 530am to 500pm to be specific.

What about night cargo? ha!

757 pilots are all based in YYZ.

Right now guys are upgrading to the 757 in about 1 year.
