From what I've heard Brampton and WWFC are good schools for iATPL. Ottawa Aviation is a shit show from what I've heard, and they dont have a pay as you go system for flights. I cannot speak for BFC. I'm at OAS and I like it so far. The rental rates are around 140/hr for a plane.
