So they called with a verbal offer, then all the necessary paperwork was emailed.

Nothing on Take Charge indicates that I even have an offer.

Offer was made, all the paper work returned to Nav Canada and class is starting in May... still yellow.

There's only 1 in person assessment, so I don't understand what you mean by personality test between the in person assessment... I only did the in person last year and there was no real personality test. The situational questions you answer in the phone interview will generally give a pretty decent ...

Reviving this thread from January... Also a shot in the dark. I've been offered a training seat for a course in YEG starting in May (still waiting for my medical clearance) but I'm from Calgary.
