Why do you need a license if you can’t leave home?

Re: US visa for Sim Training (Canadian PRs)
Your B1/B2 is good for sim training. Just don’t say to the border officer that you are there to study, you are going there for sim training.
All the best at sim.

Re: Flying into Fairmont hot springs airport
I’ve been there last week. Call ahead to get an idea of RSC.
There’s an RCAP RNAV LPV for RWY33 but IMHO not suitable for a non-FIKI aircraft this time of the year. The missed approach climb gradient is of 410ft/nm to 11.100ft and missed approach altitude of 11.700ft.

Re: Forced to leave Canada
Not good news for me. Not even the MP was able to solve my situation on time and I had to leave the country on March 31st, one day before my current WP expires. I'm outside Canada now, trying to go back but everything seems to take too long, 4-6 months to start with. I know it's not much, unless you...

Re: Forced to leave Canada
What lawyer/immigration firm did you hire to help you? Let me know so that I can avoid them. Thanks! I can not post it here. My best advice is for you to read deep on IRCC website and if there's something that you don't understand, then go and ask any of the free consultant services (for ie YMCA, T...

Re: Forced to leave Canada
Sorry to hear that mate. I would really work on your MP who is a cheaper option than solicitors. I never used any solicitors. How about just getting a Visitor's Visa for now? Any kind of status will count in the future when your P.R. is renewed or citizenship applied for.., I believe that's a new t...

Re: Forced to leave Canada
Hi all, I would like to tell you all about my situation, which is pretty similar... My IEC expires in 2 weeks and my current company made a mistake in the LMIA application, so it was refused. Now I don't have enough time to submit a new LMIA application before the expiry date of my WP. Which means t...

Re: Forced to leave Canada
Not sure if you've looked into this but there's something called an Open work permit you can get to allow you to continue working in Canada while waiting for your PR. What I meant about the visa waiver is that because you're from the UK you dont need a visitor visa so you wouldnt be here illegally,...
