Re: Flow through to AC

Flow update: August 29th PIT had 5-10 Jazz pilots. Sept 12th PIT - 17 Jazz Pilots confirmed so far Sept 26th PIT - 14 Jazz Pilots confirmed so far at this rate pilots hired in 2022 should have their interview in 2026-2027. Jazz clearly is not the fastest route to go to AC at this time, if that's yo...

Sometimes if there are anomalous things on a resume I may get a call from a pilot somewhere in management since they’re probab...

Re: Porter vs Jazz

Aviation is all about timing. at this exact moment my answer would be Porter and that's a no brainer. 1900-2000$ a month just ain't it. and yes I don't count perdiems cause I didn't become a pilot to eat microwave food and Cookies at the double tree.

What the actual F!@# Jazz, My after tax/union/pension net is $2600 bi-weekly flying a god damned PC-12. You JAZZ pilots should definitely all call in "Sick" for a week or two.
probably 2% of the pilot group have the guts to do so

Re: Termination of CEWS on July 4th?

CEWS Will be terminated on July 4th due to a requirement for ‘additional legislation’. Would this be due to Sky potentially ramping up their operations this summer and not meeting the revenue reduction criteria? and jazz extended it until the 30th of june. which is before SKY. does it mean jazz is ...

Will the express 175 replace the 190 operations ? knowing that they mostly go to the same places. With all these retiring aircrafts, is TRZ acquisition still a thing ?

Re: Who's gotten a lay off?

It’s not ‘sky’s flying’. It belongs to whoever AC decides should do it. I suspect the company is coming to ACPA with some pretty big requests right now and ACPA will be trying to save as many ACPA jobs as possible. Totally agree with you. But if you simulate those flights on AC website it’s (still)...

Re: Who's gotten a lay off?

Sky is probably done. Jazz to minimum block. how Sky can be done when the majority of the US flying available for April is Sky's flying? I am as surprised as you to see so many of those flights operated by Sky. Good for them though! https://aircanada.mediaroom.com/2020-03-18-Air-Canada-Provides-Upd...
