Go for it, great experience. Pay may be a bit less but so are the taxes. Don't worry about your AME Lic. Just show up before expiry and pay your dough. I have never been questioned.

Buy a Snap-on ratchiting screwdriver, and thats all from Snap-on. Get a SK 72 tooth 1/4 ratchet ( I just replaced mine from E-bay) lost it.
