I think that you can get special permission from transport to have pilot B log the time as PIC. It was along time ago but they may still grant permission.

If you are near Brampton they have an instructor ground school. You might be able to get into one.

I wouldn't recommend Morgan Air. There were very few students and seemed a little disorganized.

I called out there a while ago and this lady told me that they don't hire pilots on the ramp she said they were looking for people who would work on the ramp long term. Don't know she might have been trying to brush me off.

Jetsgo has a Transport Canada guy sit in the cockpit for every flight because majority of their pilots are underqualified.
