What were the reasons for take home pay being allegedly less than AC before? Higher benefit cost on the employee?

I just read that there will be long call reserve. Absolute win. How will that be awarded? Junior-most = short call?

Numbers only…. Even if you ask for delta wages in CAD, year 1 of 125.50 cad = only 90 usd.

In YVR at AC you could hold any YVR position shortly after the course (NB FO and RP). It wouldn't be a crazy wait for WB FO or NB CA either.
