I know a couple of rampies here in Halifax that are good at what they do , I don't if they like their jobs but they are good at it.

that being said the turn over rate for those jobs is crazy.

efficiency is not the problem with ramp guys........it motivation that will slow down the operation....I know at $7/hr efficiency is the last thing on these guys minds.

It just goes to show you how outta touch CEO's are when it comes to "real world" issues...

Pretty sure you can only do a operational check IAW Manufacturers instructions/CARS

we send ours out to Atlantic Avionics, never seen one done in-house.

well that is a complicated answer.........a few things I guess. -Pay -shifts -location -etc.. I like CanJet and the 737-500 is a great plane I'm just trying to improve my overall situation.
