I think it's a bit of a coin toss right now what you will get initially.
CRJ and Q could be equally likely there are vacancies across the board as far as I'm aware. Whatever base you get you should be able to switch bases in a matter of months.

Re: Questions for Jazz pilots
Hard to say with the current economic climate. You'll almost certainly need to work somewhere else for a few years first. Be ready to go north or instruct for 2-3 years minimum. If your dead set on Jazz I would look into the Jazz pathways program and their partner schools. Competition for jobs will ...

YYZ Q is very senior. You probably can't hold it for at least one year.

I am in a similar pinch.
My issue though is that I only have one extra column for either copilot xc, or picus...
Any idea what should take priority? Or can you somehow show both?

I got in end of September and I'm still waiting as well. I know another person who got in early October who is also waiting.
My guess is there is a bit of a slow down of OTS with GGN filling most of the spots...

Re: Entire application process timeline?
Before the online interview there are three cognitive tests. They are fairly simple, nothing to worry about.
The day of sim eval there is an MMPI test. Just a series of questions which are relatively easy to answer, just answer honestly and don't try to "beat the test".

Re: Encore Requirements
I figured the ATPL requirements would be the issue. I live somewhere remote that doesn't have a plane to rent. So I was hoping it would be an option to get hired on, then do some fun flying on the side to get a few extra hours.
Thanks Guys!

Encore Requirements
Hello all
I am wondering if the 150 hour pic time is a requirement that is set in stone, or something that could be overlooked with other experience?
eg. A king air FO with well over 1500 hours but 120 pic...
