Re: Does your airline outsource it's pilot jobs to foreigner

So that shows that you need more aircraft. Do you expect the airline to buy more planes just for the winter session, that does not make good business sense. Also if you need more aircraft why are you not leasing them from a Canadian company are they to expensive, does Canada have enough of them. Als...

Re: Does your airline outsource it's pilot jobs to foreigner

Everybody is complaining that foreign peoples are taking the jobs of Canadian pilots, but no one mentions that some pilots and Canadian aircraft come to europe for the summer session for 1 to 6 months (Sunwings). It works both ways

Converting EASE ATPL, to a Canadian ATPL

I have a Canadian CPL license, although my last flight on a Canadian registered aircraft was more then 6 years ago. I’m currently flying for an airline in Europe, I hold an EASA ATPL with about 3500 hours, and I was wondering what would be required to get current again in Canada. Would I have to do ...

Re:F-15 landing with one wing

You think missing a rudder is bad. Take a look at this, this is a true story of an Isrealy airforce pilot who landed his F-15 with only one wing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LveSc8Lp0ZE

No you can't write them in Canada, you have to go England to write the exams, or to any off the JAA countries.

Hey it took me 7 months to write the 14 exams, mind up I didn't work and studied 7-8 hours a day. Good luck I recommend you get the bristol exam feedback questions, they were awesoming for the tests, saw a lot of similar questions on the exams.

Hey I'm doing the conversion right now. You will have to do the 14 exams before you do the flying part of the conversion. Then you have to convert your CPL, multi-engine, IFR and then you have to do the MCC. Bristol flight training is very good. http://www.b-f-c.co.uk. Your looking at about 40,000 d...
