Re: Grievance update for the 285ish former Jazz pilots affected by Flow

So just to make sense of all this.... I have a total of 5 friends that applied to AC and got hired from Jazz in 2022. 2 flowed in Sept, 1 in October and the last 2 mid November. Just to confirm....they are not part of the 285? and they are all ineligible for a potential settlement if proven in favou...

Re: Any Update On The New Contract?

So Flair finally offers as much to fly a 189 seat 737 as a 130 seat E2 in hopes that it will stem the exodus. In return, lower MMG and disincentivizing O/T. And no rigs. Enjoy it while it lasts. The first ones off the Titanic survived. The last ones all drowned. LOLOLOLOLOOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. ...

PP: WTF, where’s the funds? JT: Covid, we were saving lives! I had to call upon my college buddies and had them set up a fake business in their cottage basement. I wanted to save lives, so I told them here is a 1/4 billion dollars, let’s save lives! Make an app! It will save lives. The only thing o...

Pilot Employment Beyond Age 65

"As previously communicated, the Company and the Association have been in discussions for the past several months, attempting to establish terms and conditions for pilots to remain employed beyond their 65th birthday. We have reached an agreement with the Company. The MEC spent several hours in clos...

Yes for April G/S we are only hiring 600 ish pilots this year..... ground school's will be lumpy, training dept is a max capacity.... the company doesn't want to...

Re: How long until you hear back from AC?

Are they assigning WB FO to new-hires without previous jet time now? They were 6 years ago but I think they stopped for awhile. Right now 98% if not all WB FO positions have been taken over the last 16 months of hiring. Only WB positions left is RP. Anyone coming here over the next 11 months expect...

Re: Is the ACPA Motto: "We will get'em next time" gone?

This move from the MEC makes no sense. All it does is drag the process out mean while we are getting paid the same and under the same conditions. While they keep labour cost low. Also there is a good chance of no retro active pay. The company is winning lol. If an impass is called June 1st. We would...
