I’m particularly interested on turboprop medevac ops (Keewatin, Air Tindi…). Keewatin's current contracts require 500 hours minimum. Not sure about Air Ti...

Get the form from your regional office, or download it: http://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/wwwdocs/Forms/24-0044E_1308-07_E.pdf fill it in saying why a permit is required and the intended route. Have it countersigned by an AME familiar with the aircraft to say it's in a safe condition for the intended flight ...
