CL-601 W&B in MS Excel?

Hi folks, As the subject says, I'm wondering if anyone has seen such a creature or knows how to calculate changes in fuel moment with burn. I thought it might be a linear equation, alas I was wrong. A slight bow in the plot throws my linear equation out in the middle weights. I have it started in MS...

LOL - an excellent point!

Can you say where your company got the aerodrome/VOR/NDB data?

Thanks,

An excellent question! I shall have to do some digging. The pilot who had this revelation lives on the opposite coast from me.

Re: Q about navigation databases

Why? Well, I have been toying with the idea of making a flight planning system for our aircraft.

No, I'm not sure what I'm getting into just yet. :smt040

I realize it's in the back of the CFS, but I was hoping for a digital copy.

Thanks!

Q about navigation databases

Helloooo... I have an evil plan to dominate this forum with dumbass questions tonight. Let us imagine I wanted to build an aviation database full of lat/longs for airports, VORs, NDBs, waypoints... You know, all the pertinent stuff for navigation. Let us further imagine I want to keep it curre...

Q about filing ICAO equipment

Howdy!

Our company has always filed STUDG/C for our equipment code. One of our Captains had a recent revelation that we should be filing RSTUDG/C instead.

I am stymied. Could someone please set me straight on this issue?

Many thanks,
Craig

Howdy!

I am trying to create an Excel version of some SSL charts for the jet. University math was many, many beers ago, but I am hoping this is just a slope intercept variant.

Pls PM me your email addy and I'll send you the pdf file. Fingers crossed it's an easy one.

Cheers!

That 'Star Wars' ep was fantastic... But the inclusion of the Leslie Neilson walk-on quoting "I just want to tell you both good luck. Will be applying soon - some Q's

Hi folks! I'm getting some F/O time on a neat little bizjet this past 18 mos, but by the looks of things with the company I'm not holding my breath for a quick upgrade. So, I'm planning on applying for WJ early in the new year! Looking forward to the process in all honesty, but I do have some questi...

Fuel Conversion Calculations

Anyone have any handy tips for converting JetA?

Some places we go want gallons, some litres, some are satisfied with pounds...

There have to be some rules of thumb out there somewhere.

Thanks,

Howdy,

Anyone have any recommendations for this? It's a medium jet if it makes any difference.

Someone recommended http://www.fltplan.com, but their Canadian coverage leaves a lot to be desired.

Merci!
