Was called and offered a position without so much as an interview, from a two year old resume. Desperate times there I guess. Was told that they are in need of more experienced people. I turned them down.

I may be wrong, but isn't that the Conquest owned by the Northwest Company and managed by Fast Air? If so, they tried this a while back but it never worked out, the captain is very anal and doesn't let you fly. He either tells you to leave or you quit. A company I used to fly for paid captains between 55-65k/yr depending on how long you've been with the company plus per diems. Schedule was 2 weeks on, 1 off. FO's made about 35k/yr plus per diems.

36k seems pretty low.

I purchased an active noise cancelling upgrade for my dc's and wasn't all to impressed.
