I started as a class 4 at aprox $14,000. I am now a class one making four times as much. I started in the summer of 2004 and got my class one 3 years later.

Its the lifestyle. Yes you can make money at a good flying school as a class one and/or a DFTE. But it boils down to the love of flying, doing things right (instead of quickly like the "industry"), and being home every night. Alot can be said for sleeping in your own bed each night. Everything at CZBB CYPK & CYNJ will have to transit through cyxx. This means competing with CYXX flight schools, PPL training costs going up, and possibly needing 3hr bookings to get everything done.

In the perfect world Nav Canada want positive control from the surface to FL180....

hey everyone Nav Canada is trying to close down GV and North Pitt to shave off 1min of flight time for West Jet and AC into CYXX....by "close down" I mean no upper air work. (nothing above 2000ft) If you want to save our airspace please come to a meeting on the 21st, 1300 at the Delta Town and Count...

I have looked in text books and could not find anything.

mcrit, yours is the answer I am going to run with... it seems that makes more sense especialy if you are in the 5 degree bank...

Sorry, my bad, I agree with Spokes there is a Vmc for single.... but I was looking for Vmc on a multi engine aircraft. mcrit I think you nailed it... I like your logic Notice how many different views we had in this form? See the problem I had when trying to explain it? And no I am not a multi studen...

Does anyone have a really good explanation for WHY, when flaps go down Vmc also goes down?

Any explanation would be great.

In canada the seneca is a seneca. Does not matter if it is a 1 or a 5. In the US of A it does matter.

Dont you work at a school with a mulit program? should you not ask one of your multi instuctors?
