TSB Class 1 investigation is a safety issues investigation not related to only one occurrence. Such as the 703 operations and CYYZ runway incursions studies. Class 2 is the highest class for a single occurrence.

I am in the same boat. I got ahold of someone at TC and they let me know that there’s a new exemption for the ADB.

Would auto iginition or autofeather have made a difference if they shut off the fuel? Would it have helped during a restart? My PT6 time is limited, but I’m pretty sure as soon as you pull the condition levers, an engine restart procedure is required, regardless of auto ignition being selected on o...

I’m pretty sure the TSB has left enough clues for us to figure out what happened. If it wasn’t obvious or a if it was a serious issue, they would investigate further.

I’m guessing airplane weathercocked due to the crosswinds and an icy runway. They don’t usually add those details in their write ups.
