How many days a month of work for average Flair pilot?

Do SWG all work so few days because there’s way too many pilots to aircraft ratio? I thought with foreign pilots not coming you’d be working hard this year. 14-16 days is too much.

Has the airline lost a sizeable amount of pilots lately? Is there many able to do an increased schedule? How many will be going to Australia? A friends mate started last week and all sounds well. Wish them all luck. No one wants to hear of job losses.

I see they are looking Again for short term contracts till Dec 31st. Anyone on this site that commuted to YHM for the contract? Wondering about the days off and schedule. In the spring during first contract I heard all reserve in YHM with no scheduled flying? Thx.

As of this morning they are still looking for type rated only from the HR lady.
