Re: East Coast Airways

Its quite the convoluted shift of companies names and OC's. Integra Air in Lethbridge will now be operated under Bar XH. Integra Air will be transferred out east to operate East Coast Airways. And I believe Alberta City Link is operating something else out east as well

Re: Rogers Cell Service in Northern Sask?

I hear the equipment is up there it just needs to be installed but Ive heard that for almost 3 years. Points North and all the cameco mines has service through sasktel and wollaston lake p...

Re: Anyone in/from Vegreville?

That restraunt has been turned into a chinese place called bamboo chopsticks. They have a daily lunch smorg which is just unreal. Pretty cheap too, 7.50 the last time I ate there. The building still looks almost identical. The building to the right in the photo has been changed a bit and is occupied...

Re: No EI or HRSDC funding for unemployed pilots

Maybe if the Canadian government wasn't so busy trying to relieve the "undue hardship" on immigrants to Canada with paying for their health care, old age security pension(see bill C-428), and moving expenses incurred while immigrating to Canada all without having to contribute to the Canadian tax sy...

The U-City base was never closed. The navajo that was based there was just repositioned due to the loss of the cameco contract. TWA still flies into YBE on sched 3 times a week like usual. As for the Saab, one is owned the other is leased from the bands. Either Saab isnt going to be leaving TWA for ...

I would love to know where this information is coming from. The leased Saab is owned by 3 northern bands so i have doubts its going anywhere. Infact there is talk of TWA buying another Saab. Furthermore sched loads are very strong. I think before you post stuff you better get your facts straight.
