Do they have YOS at WJ? If you're FO let's say for 9 years, will they start you off at 9 year skipper pay when you upgrade?

After monitoring our resignation rate we will not require a May course. We will reevaluate for June sometime in the next few weeks. We may run ad-hoc courses throughout the remainder of 2023 depending on attrition.

In my 10+ years of commercial operations flying, I have never had to do a full procedure into an airport, whether towered or non-towered, even though this was part of my IFR training. Has anyone else had an experience with these type of procedures, or rather non-experience? thanks.
