Re: Vote
I don’t work for WJ. However, thanks for sticking up for working conditions in this industry. This being said, after reading some of the commentary on the CBC articles. I think the public level of sympathy is zero to this cause.. here’s a snapshot of the commentary from the joe six pack peanut gall...

Re: Duty of Fair Representation: LOU (One List)
You questioning my mental health is amusing to say the least. Encouraging infighting and lawsuit filing amongst WJ pilots is a really heroic attempt at Union Busting 101. Too late, that train has left the station and arrived at destination. Only a couple more weeks. How about contributing to the bet...

Re: Duty of Fair Representation: LOU (One List)
So let me get this straight. You were ok with the way the list was constructed but now that ALPA is OUR representation. You’re trying to throw Encore under the bus because you didn’t get your way. That’s how it comes across. We get it! You’re bitter that ALPA is here! To stay might I add. How about ...

Re: Duty of Fair Representation: LOU (One List)
It would appear to me, as a simple minded individual that your purpose is to desperately prove that in no way is it possible that the list can stay intact. Despite the facts being told time and time again that it is going to happen. I’m not sure what your angle is here. I’m not trying to be rude or ...

Guess you haven’t heard about the latest Encore MEC email China? The one where the ONE LIST, which approved by both MECs has been submitted to the company.

Nail on the head. Because he can use the system to his advantage he forgets about the rest of the group flying full blocks with little to no time or energy to pick up OT.
Zero respect for him. Good for you and your 400k. I took home 1200$

Are you really that out of touch with reality? I assume you are a fairly intelligent individual. Why don't you educate yourself on the Qantas/Jetstar Model. See how that worked out for their pilots. Oh I forgot you don't care about pilots (just yourself) as you've clearly stated. Keep the rhetoric c...

BE20 What you are neglecting to acknowledge in the difference between when they started Encore and Swoop is that they are two entirely different airplanes!! Encore was never a threat to the future of 737 flying and Swoop is. If you take this job for a penny less than current WJ narrow body wages you...

Maybe my eyes are going but did it ever occur to anyone he wasn't giving the finger? Could have been giving the "rock on" gesture. I couldn't tell either way. Why someone would randomly give some filming the finger is beyond me.

One of the better posts ive seen in a while.
1. Dont forget where you came from, just because you now have 3/4 bars dont act like youre better than the guy loading/fuelling the plane.

Appreciate the replies, The reason i asked was i was recently flying in an unfamiliar MF and handed over from center where we already were radar identified with a Swak code, just curios as to why they wanted to re-identify us given the fact that Center already had us and a code. Never seen this befo...

FSS Requesting Sqwak Ident
Just curious as to why some FSS stations request an ident in the MF and some dont. Is it purely personal preference? And when the resonse comes back from FSS "Roger ident" what can they even do with this? Maybe im missing something
Thanks
Thanks

Amen! I know most already do it, but why not run through some drills while in cruise together. Quiz your right hand man/woman. Always a good brush up for both! WE should know these inside and out, lets not be complacent.
