Plus in contrast to say 11 GDOs, having 12-14/month adds value to your paycheck as well? Yeah, because you get/pay a mortgage, buy food, etc... With a pension plan an...

Re: Minimums

It all depends on the pool of guys that are applying. When I was in groundschool everyone except for 1 guy had 2500TT or more and all turbine experience many in the left seat. A few courses later I saw about 800TT FO king air. That was a few years ago. SO if you get on with 800TT, are you a right s...

Re: LCC

For the record, the AC pilots voted against the last TA which contained the let to allow SR to operate. Every day they fly they are in violation of our CA and it is being grieved. The idea of having all AC flying under one roof is a great one. One union, one pilot group, no whipsawing. If the two g...

Re: 2011 Ground Schools

Looked through the contract and I can't find anything to suggest per diems are less during trianing, so they should be 78.06 per day. Unless your training is being done at your awarded base, it could be lower in that situation. You have less per diems during initial training because they consider y...

Sorry about your luck guys...yes it's a little ridiculous. I always thought the request should go through to ops (24/7)...in stead of the very time-limited position it goes to now. Maybe they can change that in future. I might be using QK. Is it still just one JS open? I pay the taxes...but thought...
