Re: Seneca College Baron Gear Up Landing
So, It was a single engine approach into Simcoe Regional and the Toronto Airways Semionole a day earlier was traning on the same exercise and another instructor taxing on the ground noticed the gear up and called tower. It seems to me that it being the same instructor he should have his wings clippe...

Re: Seneca College Baron Gear Up Landing
Well I heard the same instructor almost had a gear up landing in Seminole owened by Toronto Airways a day earlier. Hmmm, I wonder if there is a pattern? One of the other TAL instructors saw the plane coming in on final for 15 and called tower to tell them that the seminole had no gear. On the oversh...

My last medical was yesterday.....gee.....call them - leave a message. No one ever seems to be home! They say " all our CSR's are busy but a senior account manager...

Why are you guys complaining? I mean come on! For years instructors have been complaining that they never get paid enough and now TAL wants so set an industry standard. That is damn good! Instructors really have a dangerous job so why don't they get rewarded for what they do! I think it's really gre...

WELL.....notice this comment: "Most of Island Air's instructors didnot do their instructor's rating at Mel's school." This just about says it all. If I had a choice I would go to Canadian Flyers and not look back. At least there you will be treated like a human being by the owner. Plus, when you com...

Nvrgvup, Sorry there buddy, I did work there and I am very familiar with it all at WWFC! I have to agree with helmetfire!!! I cannot believe that it took that long for the board to see the light. This industry does have a long memory and it has now caught up with our friend the ex-CFI. Perhaps the i...

Did some flying on the twin at the school. Man the thing looks so old. The instructor asked me to do the walk around before a check-out flight and when I came back and told him everything was fine he told me that there was fuel leak. To which I responed that that is unsafe and you should have someon...

It seems that she does have her favorites. One example, Called the CFI and had a very nice conversation with her. She told me to drop by, submit my resume and we could have a chat. When I show up she tells me that they have already hired and are not looking for anymore instructors. All this happened...

Well, I know that other guys and myself have talked to the CFI and no go. First it was we are looking for a Class 3. That was when I had my Class 4 rating, then when I received the Class 3 rating it was we require a Class 2 rating. The CFI even told me that if I were to bring in my own students then...
