Hey,
Anyone have info about the YOW base? Could a new hire FO hold a position in YOW? What do the pairings look like?
Thanks!

Hiring process and interview
Hey!
Would anyone be able to provide some insight about the hiring process and the interview itself? Is it more technical or personality or both? How is the sim ride, in what type of aircraft?
Thanks a lot!

Hey!
My question is directed to someone that as info from inside the company : what will the operation of the E2 be like?
- Salary?
- Single or multi-day pairings?
- New destinations?
- Only YYZ base for now?

Re: Instructor Rating Or Multi+IFR
I will go in the same direction as Pilotdaddy, pick the one you will enjoy the most. There is good and bad in each options. I think the instructor way is a great way, and your multi IFR will be easier to get once you have a few hundred hours of experience teaching.
