J'ai visé les compagnies de photo aérienne et ça a fonctionné. C'est ce que je voulais faire pour un bout au début alors je dirais vise ce qui t'intéresse et mets-y les efforts!

The above statement is correct. There's no school for that, all training is done in house once hired.

Point to note; the last posting for such a position required applicants to hold, or have held, an ATPL. No ATPL, no interview.
