Re: SHOW UNITY. VOTE NO!

Just spoke to senior 777 and 787 Captains both YVR and YYZ. Its a NO for them. After 10 years we finally have a chance to make a difference and we come up with Westjet pay and worse working conditions. Fake promises about scheduling improvements in Q2 of 2026?? There is no language in case the compa...

Re: Flair launches one dollar base fares

Flair has been “going out of business” since day one. Meanwhile, 4 years later… there they are. What many in Canadian aviation aren’t familiar with is the LCC model. If they were, they’d understand the $1.00 fare marketing “gimmick” and how it works. But researching facts is a waste of time for the...

Re: Is Flair still hiring?

Their careers portal shows zero jobs for pilots. Also… why flair? Honestly just curious. DEC has slowed everywhere. Corporate jobs probably still good if you’re looking at not sitting right seat Honestly Duke, this is getting tired, we haven't had to hire anyone since a) Boeing basically stopped ma...

Apestogetherstrong….. Your post is a beautiful example of why people should be very skeptical of what they read on the internet. Everything you posted, including an attribution to Tim Perry, is flat out wrong. Are you even an AC pilot? If you are you certainly were not around in 2012 when we did ex...

SHOW UNITY. VOTE NO!

Tim Perry confirmed that in the event of a NO vote. The worst case scenario is arbitration. The arbitrator will make this TA the base line (confirmed by ALPA Presidente) Dont leave any man behind. ECC Economy Class Contract

Can you guys step down already. Why wait till the vote comes out. Didnt you guys say that it was alpa policy that union reps cannot influence your decision. Yet you threatened us that if this gets voted NO you will resign. How childish… You screwed your juniors hard. You didnt get us B1 passes. You ...

Re: DELTA CONTRACT 2024 = AC contract at a minimum!

Everyone download a Delta contract copy. If its not the same keep voting NO. Alpa strike is better anyway for a major chunk of pilots. A lot have already saved up for strike. We will not undervalue ourselves. What is a reasonable year one FO pay? Is it 100k, 130k, $150k or $170k? What is a reasonabl...

Re: DELTA CONTRACT 2024 = AC contract at a minimum!

A lot of management’s crows are hovering on avcanada. Their purpose is to keep scaring pilots and keep the bs narrative that we will be the top paid in Canada but we cant compare to US. I was to reiterate something important. We are not scared of you. We will strike if needed. NO MORE CHEAP LABOUR!...

Re: DELTA CONTRACT 2024 = AC contract at a minimum!

AC will pay because we already have signed up 2900 pilots on our list who will say NO to a contract if it’s a penny less than Delta contract. We are ready to strike for a year if we have to. AC doesnt know whats coming their way pissing off pilots like that. We will strike for a year!!!

Re: DELTA CONTRACT 2024 = AC contract at a minimum!

If you are expecting to eliminate 20 plus years of ACPA in a single contract you are dreaming. Don't let perfection be the enemy of good. I'm sure our new MEC will send us a decent TA. We will be the highest paid pilots in Canada, we will have the same or better working conditions as everyone else ...
