For what it’s worth, I don’t think you need to go anywhere. The min hours to apply at AC are something like 2000 with an ATPL(??). There’s been A LOT of Encore ppl coming over recently. Don’t quote me on it, but I haven’t heard of an Aug 15th course. Im aware of a 29th OTS course, one of my flair buddies received his offer for that course.

I believe you'll soon find that Flair will be responsible for raising pilot wages in this country vs your assumption that the ULCCs will further erode pilot compensation.
