hello, just enquiring on which flight training establishment in Ontario is good to renew my IPC. How long have some of you guys taken to finish it, I hear on average of 10 hours and is it best to do it on the actual multi or flight simulator.

Anyways, usually they look for multi and turbine time, and hopefully with some pic for a quicker upgrade. Everyone is different. But having witnessed given pilots training every year over many many years and myself being part of an ageing group, one thing is undeniable and that's this: LEARNING AND RETAINING GETS WAY HARDER AFTER 50!!!!!! Don't belie me, ask pilots north of 50 that had been on one type...
