Re: FOAG 2025

I’m pretty sure alpa could have done better than a $0.50 hourly pay cut for 2nd year FOs. But hey what do I know.

Re: FOAG 2025

so the question is would have ALPA come up with a better contract (better pay for FOs, and better QOL)?

Re: FOAG 2025

There are no improvements to qol or significant salary improvements for FOs. I dont see why any FO would not want to sign on with ALPA. This benchmark has produced one of the worst pay increases for FOs than any ALPA contract i have ever seen. Not sure how the CA feel.

Re: FOAG 2025

Its sad to see the FOs left behind in this so called benchmark.
And to add to that there are no significant improvements what so ever to quality of life. I wonder how the roadshows are going to go, if there is any at all.

Re: Are New E2 FOs Screwed?

Does anyone think porter pilots will make significant gains in the new contract? Is it going to focus more on FOs (since they are losing FOs)?

Re: Example Schedule (again)

Is there any guidance or standard as to how many back to back days of reserve one can get or can they just assign you anything that they want (i.e 1 day all the way up to 6 days back to back)? Schedules seem very disorganized and random.

Thanks
