There are very few overnights. I prefer being home at night and I don’t think I’ve done more than 6 overnights over the last 12 months.

Although recent events are unfortunate, the atmosphere is quite positive and I have seen no signs of flight crew looking for an exit. Of course there are always some just passing though, however most of us are here because we want to stay and are giving the operation a chance.

Most on property should upgrade to Captain within two years no matter what base. That’s pretty good in my opinion.
