Hi everyone! Just got the call for March 2 gs. Wondering what kinda pairings to expect during the first 6 months? Is multi days senior? What's the current waiting period for YUL base? Also was told that sim could be in YUL, MIA or Orlando do we bid for it? Any info is highly appreciated. Feel free d...

Re: Cargojet vs Sunwing

I've worked at both. Ultimately, if you're committed to living in YOW and not willing to consider relocation, it's all going to come down to your potential commute and trying to find the best quality of life. At Sunwing, you have the option of taking a YUL base, which means you could drive in from ...

Re: 321 YYZ

I think they're binning the bond, not sure if it's done already or if they still have to go through the meeting motions. With the current scale by the time you get to year 4 it'll be over 100k. Year 5 is a nice bump, it's 121k next year and by the time a new hire gets there it'll likely be quite a ...

Job ad has been reposted.
It's very tempting but I live in YOW area and don't know if commuting is an option or not.

Re: Cargojet vs Sunwing

I hate red eyes with a passion. For that reason cargojet would be my last choice for a jet job in canada. That's right! I am not a big fan of red eyes either. But what worries me about SWG is the possible merger with WS. Plus who knows what will happen to the European deployment in the future. My u...

Re: 321 YYZ

Would anyone care to post first 4 years of pay and current perdiems. Are guys automatically trained for mix fleet or is it A321 for a certain period before you go mix? Is there a bond? What kind of Sched can a new guy expect? Block then a reserve month or something different? If you feel more comfo...

Re: The Air Canada OTS thread

Did the interview early December, been crickets since then, anyone else not heard anything that long, be nice to know one way or the other! Hopefully you'll hear back soon. Now I wonder if no background check request within 2 weeks means probably PFO on the way. Good luck to all of waiting.

Hey gents,

Currently in the hiring process and wondering what would be the best equipment for a junior YUL based (220 or RP)?

Mid thirties looking more for qol rather than aircraft size.

Cheers!

Re: Pre-employment medical

Good day everyone,

I just did my pre employment medical last week and overheard that one of my results was bordeline (could be BP or ECG not too sure).
Anyone knows how long does it take to follow up for additional testing?

Cheers!

Good day everyone! I am looking for infos regarding Glencore 737-200 operations. They are looking for a Montreal based FO and the home every night plus weekends off are very appealing to me.
